Chelsea BrammerLuxury accessories expert Chelsea Brammer is Heritage Auctions’ new consignment director for its Dallas office. Brammer has a Master’s degree in history of decorative arts from New York’s Parsons School of Design and comes to Heritage after a 25-year career in high-end retail.
