In mid-February, the annual Palm Beach Show returned to West Palm Beach, Florida, experiencing triumphant attendance throughout the show’s six days of presentations. President and CEO of the Palm Beach Show Group, Scott Diament, notes that an estimate of 39,000 to 41,000 people flocked to the show to partake in top tier art, antiques, jewelry and design from around the globe. The Opening Night Preview alone saw over 4,200 ticket holders.

“The show attracted record attendance, featured engaging art-show programming, hosted a series of unforgettable sponsored activations, and unveiled remarkable immersive installations, making it a highlight of the cultural calendar in Palm Beach,” Diament continues. “Adding to the success of this year’s show was the exciting art show programming that engaged and captivated attendees throughout the event. From informative lectures, riveting panel discussions and live demonstrations, to curated tours and interactive experiences, there was something for everyone to enjoy.”

Some contemporary highlights included the annual Day of Design, sponsored by Florida Design Magazine—honoring interior designers; and the large-scale installation adorned with 40 Murano glass birds titled Funny Birds – Secret Garden, by Venetian artist Anna Paola Cibin. There was also an abundance of historic art.
“Roberto Freitas American Antiques & Decorative Arts, [based in Connecticut], is a longtime exhibitor of the Palm Beach Show,” Diament shares. “The gallery specializes in 18th- and 19th-century American furniture, as well as select folk art, marine art and decorative art, and has become a staple exhibition space on the main isle of the show.”

Also featuring historic art in a variety of periods, genres and styles from around the world was the Parker Gallery and Gladwell & Patterson, both based in England. “Each year the show reinforces its all-inclusive nature as well as reaffirms our prominent presence in the Palm Beach market as the most prestigious cultural event of the season,” share Parker Gallery representatives. Among the many European artworks on display, rare graphite and ink drawings by Andy Warhol were offered at the Gladwell & Patterson booth.

The Palm Beach Show team continues to celebrate the events remarkable turn out, and overall success they attained for the 21st edition. “The collaborative sponsorship with Veuve Clicquot and Whispering Angel added an extra layer of sophistication, enhancing the overall experience for our discerning attendees,” says Diament. “The impressive exhibitions and installations showcased at this year’s event encompassed the most diverse offerings ever seen, a testament to the continual evolution and growth of our esteemed showcase. I am deeply grateful for the dedication of our team, the support of our sponsors and the exceptional contributions of our exhibitors, all of which have elevated the Palm Beach Show to new heights of excellence.”
