More than 15,500 people attended the Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville in January, when visitors had the opportunity to explore 150 fine art, antique and horticulture vendors, as well as enjoy live music, special programming and a talk led by keynote speaker Ina Garten, cookbook author and television host.

“The show continues to get more impressive every year with the level of design and detail that each individual contributes to make it all come together,” says show board chair, John Nail. “The 2024 general chairmen had a beautiful vision that came to life in such a meaningful way, and the feedback we’ve received has been extremely positive. It was one of our most successful shows to date.”
With overall strong sales reported, one highlight included an original Pierre-Auguste Renoir that was brought in by Roberto Freitas of Roberto Freitas American Antiques in Connecticut. The garden showcases were also popular among visitors, notably the interactive and educational butterfly house which show representatives note “was a hit for all ages.”
Proceeds from the show benefit Cheekwood Estate & Gardens, and ECON Charities. With these funds, Cheekwood can continue to expand its education, preservation, conservation and community outreach programming, and support the 55-acre botanical garden, arboretum and art museum. ECON Charities will apply the funds to their continued partnerships with local nonprofits to assist fragile families’ access to enriching cultural experiences.
